sometimes you can be really lucky,
lucky enough to have a special friend who loves you so much that she can barely leave your side.
the kind of loyal friend that sits on your feet while you are busy in the kitchen or your sewing room.
the kind of liitle mate who sits waiting outside the bathroom door even when it takes you an hour or more to have a shower and get gussied up.
the most loyal of friends who is always so happy to greet every member of her family and is ever eager to please every one of them.
we had that special frind in our family and in a split second i made a bad choice and she was gone.

if you have a special friend like that make sure that you take extra care to hold them tight whenever the door is open or they are near a road,
don't ever think that they are learning good road sense,
because just as sometimes you can be lucky, you can also be unlucky 

we love you sadie and we will all miss you terribly.
